The Role:

We’re searching for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and possesses strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone promptly and professionally (80% email, 20% phone); build and nurture professional relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues
• Maintain spreadsheets and generate reports for shipments and accounting purposes
• Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
• Assist with special projects as needed

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
• 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
• International experience preferred
• Desire to learn and grow in the logistics industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
