The Role:
We’re searching for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and possesses strong written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone promptly and professionally (80% email, 20% phone); build and nurture professional relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues
- Maintain spreadsheets and generate reports for shipments and accounting purposes
- Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
- Assist with special projects as needed
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
- 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
- International experience preferred
- Desire to learn and grow in the logistics industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
