Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, filing documents, and handling routine office tasks.
- Document Management: Assist with preparing, organizing, and filing international shipping documentation (customs forms, bills of lading, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Email Correspondence: Assist with email communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and timely responses.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input shipment data into logistics systems, maintain accurate records, and assist with generating reports for management and clients.
- Coordination: Help coordinate and track shipments, ensuring all parties are informed of shipment status, deadlines, and any necessary follow-ups.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Support communication with international clients and vendors, helping ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient service.
- Office Management: Assist with maintaining office supplies and keeping the office environment organized and efficient.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to catch errors before they happen.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in learning about international logistics and supply chain processes.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience (internships, part-time roles, etc.).
- Basic understanding of international shipping or logistics concepts (a plus, but not required).
