The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and strategically planning marketing activities to drive brand growth, engagement, and impact. This includes collaborating with internal and external teams to develop marketing assets like creative design, events, websites, social media, emails, videos, and copy. The role also involves creating compelling content, supporting product growth, analyzing data to understand customer journeys, and planning company-wide events to enhance engagement at all levels.


The ideal candidate will have strong project management and creative design knowledge, an innovative mindset with technology, an understanding of digital asset metrics, and excellent multitasking skills. They should be proactive, resourceful, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning trade shows and other corporate events, attending when possible to assist with setup, teardown, and overall event operations.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it effectively communicates the brand message and provides a seamless user experience.
  • Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and optimization of marketing communication strategies.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform messaging, positioning, and targeting strategies.
  • Perform all other duties and projects assigned related to marketing.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is strongly preferred; high school diploma is required.
  • 6+ months of experience in a diversified marketing role or a strong project management-based role.
  • Trade show and event planning experience is a significant plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30%.
  • Adobe Creative experience is a plus.
