Talent Acquisition Coordinator | $20-$25 |Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm| Contract to Perm

Job Description

This role involves supporting talent acquisition efforts by coordinating candidate testing and interviews, managing recruiter and manager schedules, and maintaining HR records using Workday. As the first point of contact for job applicants, you’ll ensure a seamless candidate experience while handling administrative duties and producing reports. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a Fortune 500 company with potential for growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling for candidate testing and interviews
  • Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Administer and maintain results of applicant testing (both in-person and virtual)
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for job applicants visiting the office
  • Utilize Workday Recruiting for talent acquisition support and administrative duties
  • Assist with billing for contract staffing as needed
  • Maintain HR records, generate reports, and contribute to special projects



Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in basic math, including algebra

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
