Responsibilities
- Efficiently scheduling interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities for both candidates and hiring managers
- Updating the applicant tracking system with candidate information, status changes, and notes regularly to maintain accurate records
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of interview agendas and materials for both candidates and interviewers
- Aiding in onboarding new hires in collaboration with the HR team, including coordination of pre-employment screenings and documentation
- Assisting recruiters with sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Posting job openings on company websites, job boards, and social media channels to attract potential candidates
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment activities
- Keeping accurate and confidential records of recruitment activities and candidate documentation
Qualifications - BA/BS degree
