Storage Facility Manager
SmartHire has an exciting opportunity for a Storage Facility Manager. Our client is a small family-owned storage facility located in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA that prides themselves on both low vacancies and low turnover. This is an immediate opening offering Part Time flexible hours.
Compensation:
$29 + per hour DOE
Hours:
20 hours a week ~ choose your own hours!
Responsibilities:
Sales, occupancy, and delinquency management of the facility
Keeping the facility rented by utilizing advertising, promotional, and customer relation skills as approved by the corporate office
Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer problems and questions and handling inquiries (phone, in person, emails)
Show rent and clean storage units and sell and maintain inventory of moving and packing material
Manage all leases confidentially
Keep all required files in order as directed by corporate
Office management, balancing petty cash, making bank deposits, and preparing reports as needed by corporate
Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as a visual inspection daily. Supervision and oversite of all outside contractors that work onsite.
Effectively and positively communicate with corporate and fellow employees
Qualifications:
Property/Site Manager experience.
P&L management
Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and manage time to accomplish duties and projects independently.
Computer knowledge with: MS Office preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Must be highly organized and detailed
Good communication
