Background Requirements

• Engineering degree in BSME or equivalent degree from a four-year college or university is required
• Fluency in Chinese is a must
• 5+ years of engineering experience, experience with design/manufacturing/automation is preferred
• Experience in FATP and consumer electronics is preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage on-going programs from the technical side.
• Develop and maintain relationship with customer engineering and TPL team
• Be customer’s liaison for engineering and technical conversation and project communication
• Help factory clarify technical questions and transform customer requirements into clear, actionable items for the factory team, and communicate and drive the team to provide on-time proposals
