Akkodis is seeking a Data Engineer for a Full-time position with a client located in Omaha NE

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 Per Annum with Benefits (The Salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Details:

About the Role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of IT experience, to include at least 6 years’ progressive experience in relational database management systems.
• 6+ years of SQL experience.
• 4+ years' experience using Python.
• Demonstrate experience in data engineering with 8 years' experience using ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, DataStage).
• Strong relational database knowledge, including a broad understanding of current and prospective data architecture and database performance tuning.

Preferred:

• SQL programming in a DB2 environment
• SQL programming in SQL Server environment
• Workday programming experience
• Experience with Docker/Jenkins
• Experience in mentoring, coaching or developing others in a professional environment
