You would be working in a prestigious health insurance company that services a range of different sectors within the US. They are the category leader in what they do and they have branches across the globe. Their service is tailored to provide a secure platform for people to rely on!

You will be reporting directly to the AVP of Project Management and managing their full project lifecycles for technical and nontechnical ideas. You will be collaborating within an agile environment that holds a mix of product owners, business stakeholders and executives. You will be defining requirements and creating projects whilst managing your own budget!

Experienced desired:

• Previous experience as a BA, PM, or Product Owner
• You LOVE to multi-task and be proactive within a team
• Experience optimizing call/contract centers working with Avaya OR Genesys
• You are super excited at the chance to work collaboratively
