Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing the creation, versioning, translation, and approval processes for web content.
Content Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Partner with content creators and campaign vendors to plan and execute all content timelines.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of web content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive version control system to track changes and updates to web content.
- Manage the translation process for web content, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate translations.
- Coordinate the approval process for web content, ensuring all content is reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders before publication.
Content Coordinator Requirements:
- High School Diploma required / Bachelor's Degree preferred and 2+ years experience.
- Proven experience in content management, preferably in a digital or web environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
