We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Analyst to enhance our client's HR, payroll, and financial processes through the strategic utilization of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and departmental stakeholders, leveraging their ERP expertise to identify critical needs, implement effective solutions, and provide comprehensive support for system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal point of contact between technical personnel and departmental stakeholders, providing expert guidance on ERP systems.
- Conduct thorough analyses of HR, payroll, and financial workflows to identify opportunities for process refinement and automation within the ERP platform.
- Configure and maintain ERP modules, encompassing Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, design robust solutions, and implement precise system configurations.
- Perform rigorous data analysis and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of ERP configurations, processes, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide support for ERP upgrades, system testing, and the deployment of new features.
- Conduct training and provide support to end-users on ERP functionality, disseminating best practices and usage guidelines.
- Maintain current knowledge of ERP updates and recommend strategic enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Travel may be required to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience as an ERP Analyst or in a comparable role.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with ERP modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- A strong understanding of HR, payroll, and finance processes.
- Proficiency in ERP reporting tools, with proven experience in developing reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines within a demanding environment.
- Successful completion of required drug tests and physical evaluations is mandatory.
