For a Payroll Administrator, a typical day might include:

  • Process payroll for 350+ employees
  • Enter and verify insurance and 401k deductions for payroll processing
  • Collect, review and enter employee tax deductions
  • Create merit letters and enter merit changes for payroll
  • Review and audit timecards for payroll processing
  • Audit monthly insurance bills
