Job Description

Financial services firm is seeking an organized coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and computer skills. At least 3+ years of professional experience is required.


Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: 60K - 70K


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare letters, certificates, agreements, and other documents
  • Coordinate legal documents and ensure accuracy with laws and regulations
  • Maintain data within organization's data management system
  • Communicate with internal and external parties and provide excellent customer service
  • Track wire transfers and update team members on progress
  • Promptly respond to internal and external requests
  • Provide additional support and assist with adhoc projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant area, preferably in legal operations or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of contract preparation is preferred
  • Experience supporting a team with operational tasks
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), strong Excel skills needed
