Green Key Resources is partnered with a leading commercial construction management firm specializing in Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, and Tenant Improvement projects across the Retail, Medical, Corporate, and Financial sectors. With a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, our client takes pride in fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client's Philadelphia-based team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing interior fit-out, renovation, and tenant improvement projects, ensuring client satisfaction and leading teams to successful project completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet contractual requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate project meetings to ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage project documentation, including RFIs and submittals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines and profitability.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on interior fit-outs and renovations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
