Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Catering Sales: Identify and engage potential clients, develop partnerships, and generate catering revenue for local businesses, events, and community organizations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute catering orders, ensuring every detail meets Newk’s high standards.
- Marketing & Outreach: Represent Newk’s at networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote our catering services.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates, and develop strategies to exceed revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, restaurant management, or catering (2+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of the local market and community is a plus.
- Passion for food and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
