Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering a positive experience. You will manage the front desk, perform various administrative duties, and ensure smooth communication between the office and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information or directing the query to the appropriate person.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Maintain security by following office procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.).
- Provide support to various departments with tasks as needed.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
