Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support our home-based care delivery service lines across multiple agencies in three states. We invest in every employee, providing training, resources, and support.This is a temporary position working 40 hours per week for approximately 4 months.Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:* Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions* Employee file maintenance* Makes photocopies, fax documents and performs other clerical functions* Conduct audits of files and recommends corrective action plans* Enter/update renewable requirement information into HCHB and proactively obtain requirements from staff in order to ensure compliance.* Communicate with the leadership team when employee renewable requirements are due.
