Overview:
Minden Physical Therapy is expanding and hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic position in Minden, LA. We are looking for a personable and communicative PT to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week available and preferred, but candidates with a minimum of 32 hours per week will also be considered. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and support.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages with general orthopedic conditions.
• Full-time PTs can expect to treat 10-12 patients per day.
• Opportunity to develop a specialty or attain certifications, which is encouraged and supported by the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting compensation around $40 per hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule:

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduate Physical Therapists.
• Mentorship and support will be provided for new grads.
• Dry Needling certification is preferred but not required.
• Full-time availability is required, but candidates with 32+ hours per week will also be considered.
