We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Representative with a background in dental office operations to join our client in a temp to hire role. Responsibilities:

• Record accurate and detailed information about the type of implants needed. Ensuring the finish product meets the needs and requirements of the patient.
• Handle phone calls, emails, professionally, promptly, and courteously.
• Assist in coordinating billing and insurance processes
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
• Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in dental office management or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting with a focus on customer service.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and dental professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
