What You’ll Do

• Estimate Costs : Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and site conditions.
• Collaborate : Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate pricing and project feasibility.
• Evaluate Proposals : Review bids and proposals to help make informed decisions and ensure competitiveness.
• Track Changes : Adjust estimates as needed based on project scope or changes and maintain clear, up-to-date records.
• Be the Expert : Provide guidance on cost-effective solutions, helping to manage project budgets from start to finish.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial or retail construction (or a related field).
• bonus if you have any field experience
• You’re familiar with construction processes, cost databases, and project management software.
