We are working with an Architectural firm that is growing due to workload and repeat clients. They are a mid sized firm that is well established and in strong markets.

They are looking for a Project Manager that is experienced in K-12, Restaurant, Retail, or Commercial markets. Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of experience in Architectural proficiency in Auto-Cad and Revit. Candidate must also have a bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Architecture. Candidates will be responsible for all aspects of Project management including client communication, management of the team, and management of account finance from project conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in Revit
