Our client, a global leader in financial services and software solutions, is seeking a professional and personable Temporary Receptionist to provide coverage while our regular receptionist is out for one week. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
**Please note, this is a temporary, onsite role in Seattle, WA. Pay with be $26-27/hr.**
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member or department.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, or handling basic data entry.
- Provide support to office staff and contribute to a positive office environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
