Financial Analyst

Analyze monthly financial metrics, track capital spending, and analyze ROI. Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments (Operations, Engineering, Sales & Marketing). Update management on capital project progress and performance.

Day to Day:

• Plan and execute capital projects, build spend plans, analyze cost reductions, and calculate ROI.
• Monitor and track capital projects, update management on performance, and maintain the capital budget.
• Support World Class Manufacturing by updating and maintaining cost deployment data.
• Work with Product Development on new parts and products, ensuring timely setup and accurate costing.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on price development and cost/margin analysis.
• Develop and maintain annual and multi-year cost reduction plans, communicate updates to management.
• Ensure cost reductions and new project spend are reflected in budgets and standards.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

• 1-3 years as an analyst in accounting or finance

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required)

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suites, Oracle, DOMO
