Conduct a comprehensive audit of the website, including public/member areas, workflows, automated emails, and registration processes.

Identify and document areas for improvement with a focus on usability and intuitiveness.

Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for redesigning key areas like ordering processes and account management.

Develop a UX/UI template to ensure consistency across the site, aligned with brand standards.

Engage the remaining user segment by making the site more intuitive—focusing on user experience rather than external traffic.
