Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
  • Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and process invoices in a timely manner while addressing any discrepancies.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing updates and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, preparing documents, and managing project-related records.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files for orders, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Follow-Up: Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflows.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on order statuses, invoicing, and project progress as requested.
