Salary: $85,000 - 95,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- PLC troubleshooting
- Execute and improve plant safety and environmental programs.
- Provide operational support to meet line waste, uptime, and run rate goals.
- Serve as the technical expert on equipment processes and electrical components.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues with shift technicians and operation leads.
- Support line operation and quality tests as needed.
- Communicate work status, troubleshooting steps, and follow-up tasks effectively.
- Perform and prioritize planned work and maintenance tasks.
- Identify and withdraw necessary parts for electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct electrical repairs and improve related documentation.
- Install, configure, and calibrate instruments and devices.
- Test equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Program new or modify existing plant equipment.
- Train plant personnel on new systems and update safety procedures.
- Operate shop equipment for installation and programming.
- Utilize technical tools for troubleshooting and work completion.
- Install and maintain electrical conduit and wiring.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of plant equipment and processes.
- Complete ongoing training to improve skills.
- Participate in plant housekeeping and 5S programs.
- Ensure safety for oneself and peers while on the production floor.
- Work in varied environments, including office and production floor, with necessary PPE.
