Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin (or eligibility for license transfer to Wisconsin)
• Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience
• Proficiency in HydroCAD or equivalent software
• Proficiency in WinSLAMM or equivalent software
• Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent client communication skills
• Competence in plan production and site, utility, and road design
• Ability to conduct surveys and perform construction inspections

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and accurately
• Participate in project pre-planning activities
• Create and manage base mapping for projects
• Develop site plans, layouts, and grade designs
• Prepare complete drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and similar tools
• Design utility and stormwater systems
• Prepare cost estimates and conduct plan reviews
• Oversee project delivery and adherence to timelines
• Attend project meetings, including occasional public meetings held in the evening
• Perform construction inspections as required
• Collaborate with the survey department to coordinate survey and engineering project phases
