Senior Associate - Finance & Business Analysis

Pay – up to $130k plus up to 15% bonus plus profit sharing

• Looking for an Analyst with 4+ years of experience with ability to travel
• Lot of growth potential
• This role is the right hand to the 2 divisional Presidents to partner with them to help make operational decisions based on financial analyses
• Will be digging into pricing, contracts, headcount, profitability, expansion, etc.
• Reports to Director of Strategic Finance & Business Development
• Heavy travel – up to 50% of the month (to Melbourne FL and the Carolinas)
• If one of the divisions is having issues, may require a temporary relo (put you up in a AirBNB for 3 months with travel back on weekends)
• Need very advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking
