Title: Validation engineer
Location-Cupertino, CA, 95014
Duration-1 Year contract
In this role you will be responsible for setting up and running data gathering and performance tests on
client and third-party hardware. Put your creativity, hardware background, programming, and problem
solving skills to the test in a fast-paced environment.
Description:
•Set up tests in lab, including development boards and standard bench-top lab equipment.
•Characterize and validate electrical systems in product applications.
•Document, analyze, and communicate test issues and processes.
Key Qualifications:
•Experience with hands-on test execution, characterization, and validation of electrical systems.
•Fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering and test automation .
•Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Proficiency with basic lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and function generators.
•Proficiency in Python.
•Working knowledge of macOS, Numbers, Pages, Keynote and Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Meticulous organizational skills.
•Ability to work with client engineering teams to root-cause failures.
