POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing legal documents and ensuring that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with the General Counsel and other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure that legal documents are accurate, complete, and timely.RESPONSIBILITIESConduct document reviews for legal compliance and compliance with company policiesAnalyze and interpret legal documents for potential risks and issuesEnsure accuracy and completeness of legal documentsCollaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to address legal issuesCollaborate with business representatives and outside vendors/suppliers to negotiate business and risk issuesProvide guidance and recommendations on legal and business mattersManage large volumes of data and documentsStay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulationsREQUIREMENTSJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to state bar association in good standingAt least 4 years of legal experience in document review or similar legal roleStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIf you meet the above requirements and are passionate about the legal field, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!#J-18808-Ljbffr
