Marketing ProducerOverviewFirst Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a Marketing Producer who is equal parts project manager and hands-on marketing campaign creator who can easily navigate and communicate with anyone including senior executives, stakeholders, developers, creatives, and more. Working closely with our internal team of designers, copywriters, paid marketers, social marketers, and web marketers, the Marketing Producer interfaces with its external team of vendors, technology partners, and agencies in the creation and promotion of various campaigns and marketing projects across various touchpoints.The Marketing Producer will be able to lead, develop, and participate in implementing marketing strategies across the team’s various functions (i.e., advertising, social, public relations, etc.), be hands-on in the creative process, and integrate the Marketing team’s ability in cross-functional departmental programs. The ideal candidate must be able to juggle multiple projects across differing timelines while keeping an eye to detail and being solution-oriented.This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing and is based in Hollywood, CA. The target salary in California is between $95,000 to $125,000.ResponsibilitiesThrough research, implement strategies to create unique marketing programs and content that resonates with target audiences.Partner with market research programs through the organization and third-party vendors to bring up-to-date marketing trends to the team for execution in programs.Review campaign results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Bring learnings and make educated recommendations to be applied to future campaigns.Lead all project intake, prioritization, requirements gathering/vetting, interdepartmental communications, approvals, and daily task management for campaigns and projects across digital and print touchpoints.Conduct Marketing team meetings and represent in cross-departmental project meetings to ensure alignment with all stakeholders.Ensure that project requested information is gathered and provided in a timely manner to the appropriate team members to meet the specific project KPIs.Partner with people across the organization and external vendors proactively to ensure timely communication. Anticipate hurdles and propose solutions to guarantee project deliverables.Act as a Project manager, work with production teams to determine weekly resources and create task lists to maximize quality and capacity hours. Assign action items based on capacity and roles and responsibilities. Exercise discretion and adjust timelines or project scope as needed.Manage all campaign timelines, budgets, and tracking of KPIs. Prepare reports and executive summaries to the Marketing leadership.Lead all creative review communications, ensuring all information is accurate and all copy and imagery align with the business or project objectives and meet brand guidelines and standards at First Entertainment.Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions with internal and external team members. Deliver final creative to the appropriate stakeholders ensuring that the assets meet the standards needed to go-to market.Create project timelines for each campaign and coordinate those with larger schedules, including the marketing team’s campaign and editorial calendars.Work with external vendors, including advertising creative and media buying agencies, and participate in the paid marketing programs for product or service promotions.Compose business cases and make recommendations to the VP and/or Director of Digital Marketing regarding new promotions that will support the organization’s annual objectives or quarterly business cycles.Perform necessary actions which may include assisting other members with website updates, email distributions, social media posts, copy editing, image updates or more to ensure projects stay on track.At First Entertainment, your role and every role are essential to our Mission (We build lifelong financial relationships with the people in entertainment based on a deep understanding of how they live and work), Core Values ( Members First + Ownership + Integrity + Innovation + Inclusivity + One Team), and we expect you to uphold them.RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing production or project management role handling high volume of projects.Passion for learning new concepts and systems quickly and integrating these into workflows and deadlines.Project management experience using tools such as SmartSheets, Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.Previous experience managing relationships and communications with different types of teams such as executives, creatives, developers, legal, business stakeholders, and more.Basic knowledge of web publishing, social publishing, the creative tools a plus.Working knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.Proficiency in MS Office products.#J-18808-Ljbffr
