3 physicians/12.4 APCs
•9,000 cases/year
•7 ORs, 2 GI labs (No OB)
•9,000 cases /year
•Home Call required for mechanical thrombectomy
•Cases include lots of general surgery, ortho, total joints, urology, podiatry, endo, lungs, blocks, healthy peds (ENT). Some eyes.
**No hearts, heads or trauma. No OB.**
•Endo performed in non-OR location. Close to OR however
•Rare sedation with MRI
•Occasional TEE's and cardioversions
•Medically Supervision (NOT MEDICALLY Directed)
•The three most common blocks are: Spinals; Adductor canal blocks; Interscalene blocks
•The CRNA's do blocks as well as the anesthesiologist, so if someone does not do blocks we will still use them
