Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support and enhance data visualization and reporting through Microsoft Power BI and Azure cloud applications.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical support, and leverage advanced data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and maintain robust data systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data visualization platforms and client applications on Microsoft Power BI.
• Assist customers in leveraging Azure cloud applications for enhanced data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including application processes and best practices.
• Train and guide users in the effective use of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to data visualization and Azure integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data visualization technologies and Azure services.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Azure DevOps technologies, SQL, Python, and R.
• Strong expertise in advanced data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with business users and support the data visualization community.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing assignments, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in documenting application designs and support procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database).
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
• Proficiency with Windows OS client and server configuration, as well as TCP/IP client/server communications.
• Experience with intranet, extranet, and internet applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service-oriented role.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI or Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate).
