Creative technical writer - Enterprise Compliance Framework
This is a technical role for the value compliance operations team. This technical writer assists the documentation of the end-to-end Customer journey blueprints in the value organization.
Responsibilities:
•Work directly with SMEs, process owners and end users to craft documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guides, and training guides.
•Take materials developed by others and extract relevant content for the user community.
•Craft original materials as processes are updated and refined.
•Develop and maintain approved templates for the documentation.
•Create user stories and support the team in developing user stories in JIra for the COP backlog.
•Support the semiannual attestation of all documented processes
