HR Manager
- Standalone HR
- Sole HR representative managing all HR functions.
- Reports to the CEO.
- Collaborates with on-site teams (engineering, customer service, finance).
Must have experience with HRIS implementation, payroll processing, and employee handbook.
Payroll Processing:
- Handling payroll in collaboration with accounting.
- Will be working with an external vendor for payroll tax management.
HRIS Implementation:
- Implement the company's first HRIS system.
Employee Handbook Completion:
- Finalize and roll out the employee handbook.
Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and terminations.
- Act as the point person for talent acquisition and performance management.
Initiative & Ownership:
- Take charge without waiting for direction.
- Speak confidently with executives and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Experience: Proven ability to manage HR independently.
Skills:
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Capable of building and maintaining HR processes.
