Gustave A Larson Company is actively looking for our next leader to join us as a Distribution Manager for our Warehouse Operations Team.

• Customer Focused – You as the Distribution Warehouse Manager are a “promise keeper” for our organization, ensuring that customer’s needs are met daily by having the right product and making sure it is delivered/picked at the right time. At Gustave A Larson we are passionate about serving all our customers including, dealers, business owners and large HVAC companies. We meet customers’ needs by maintaining positive business relationships and delivering on the expectations we set.

• HVAC product knowledge – Understanding or a willingness to learn HVAC residential systems is a must, that experience is needed to assist in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for our customers’ jobs.

• Warehouse Operations/Managing the distribution of our product – You will lead the teams by maintaining accurate inventory, offering recommendations on ordering product, and understanding operations processes/policies, all while training/coaching your team members in a safe environment. Effectively communicating service initiatives, team member changes, managing Fleet and Routes, ensuring that you don’t just meet, but you exceed organizational goals with positive results.

• Attention to Detail – Our industry is technical in nature and details matter. It’s not enough to do something “most of the time” – we need leaders who are experts in understanding the small details of our business, our customers and our profitability.

Candidates should have:

• 2 years+ of Operations and Distribution Management and leadership of a team (HVAC preferred but not required)

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills (Outlook)

• Highly motivated and detail oriented

• A proven track record of inventory management and warehouse experience

• Valid Driver’s license/driving record

• High School diploma or equivalent required
