Pexco Aerospace is looking for an action-oriented and influential leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of Operations at our corporate office in Yakima, WA. This in-person position reports directly to the President and has responsibility for all manufacturing and supply chain operations. We're looking for teammates who are motivated & excited to improve productivity and create EBITDA value for our company.
The Vice President of Operations is a high-profile position with a direct line to the President in the succession plan. We believe in promoting from within, and this position is being groomed to be our next President. We also look to advance high potential people within the TransDigm Group, which allows for promotions outside of Pexco Aerospace. We offer a $170,000-$200,000 salary range, incentive compensation, and equity in our parent company TransDigm Group (TDG on the NYSE). Plus, we have a generous benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA plans, life, 401k plan with employer match, and profit sharing.
