Amele Group is working with an Am Law 100 listed firm seeking a mid to senior-level associate for their prestigious Labor & Employment Department, with openings in either of their California offices. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience representing employers in employment law matters, including both litigation and advice/counseling, with at least two years focused on California-specific law. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge actions is essential, as well as experience in wage and hour law and class actions.
Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, strong law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, written, and communication skills. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and team-oriented, with the ability to quickly navigate complex subject matter and contribute to the growth of the firm’s national practice. The expected annual pay range for this position is $330,000-$435,000
