- Management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement, with the support of a strong staff and advanced automated systems that optimize case efficiency
- Deposition experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills required
- Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel
- Draft legal documents including memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare oral arguments for motions
- Attend and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
Salary - $150,000-$200,000/year
