An AmLaw firm is hiring a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in their Century City office. The base salary range for this position is $225K-$275K. This firm provides the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters with some of California’s most highly regarded real estate lawyers.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial real estate transaction experience
• Experience in drafting and revising commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements
• Experience in title and survey review
• Experience closing purchase and sale transactions
• JD from an accredited university
• Active membership in the California State Bar
