• AmLaw 100 firm in Atlanta
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• The hired associate will handle matters involving antitrust, class actions, commercial fraud, contract disputes, professional liability and more
• The hired associate will be responsible for supervising electronic discovery, drafting substantial dispositive, expert and/or discovery motions, argue motions, and take/defend depositions
• Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or willing to sit for the Georgia Bar
