We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm in Charlotte, NC. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a wide range of complex litigation matters.

Key Practice Areas: Please have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• General commercial litigation
• Securities litigation
• M&A or corporate governance-related litigation
• Antitrust litigation
• SEC enforcement
• Criminal and regulatory investigations

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience in a law firm or government role
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional writing skills
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is a definite plus

Compensation:

The firm offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $390,000, depending on experience.
