Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, including client intake, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategic case plans and ensure excellent client representation.
- Provide exceptional client service in both Spanish and English, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the legal process.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury law.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Licensure: Active Texas Bar license.
- Skillset: Strong organizational, research, and advocacy skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
