Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of personal injury litigation, from client intake to trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation, working toward favorable outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategic case plans in collaboration with an experienced legal team.
• Provide outstanding client service in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years of Litigation experience in Personal injury
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Active Texas Bar license
