The Scientific Director will oversee the development of high-quality educational materials for the pharmaceutical industry, supporting clients in achieving their scientific and strategic objectives. The role involves applying scientific expertise to drive account growth, develop new business proposals, and provide strategic counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Writing: Develop strategic, high-level medical and marketing materials, align programs with client objectives, and manage feedback.
• Client & Thought Leader Engagement: Represent at a senior level in client meetings, manage key opinion leader relationships, and offer strategic insights.
• Team Leadership: Mentor medical writers, ensure resource allocation, and promote innovation within teams.
• Knowledge & Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, regulatory codes, and medical education trends.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, support pitches, and contribute to new business proposals.
• Management: Ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery and clear communication with leadership.

Requirements:

• PhD or MD in a medical/science discipline.
• 4+ years in healthcare communications.
• Strong scientific writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence clients, and drive commercial success.
