Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a well known company that hat focuses on using emerging and greenfield technologies to transform the business and operations of some of the world’s leading capital market firms.

Salary Range: 140-180K + Bonus
Hybrid role: 3-4 days onsite a week
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and break down current business workflows and data integration across various technologies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Define and document the ideal future state of business processes, ensuring alignment with functional solutions.
- Lead efforts to gather information, such as conducting surveys and evaluating existing processes, products, and services through a variety of internal and external data sources.
- Create and deliver comprehensive documentation for project initiatives, including business cases, project scopes, functional requirements, user stories, and use cases, following established standards and service levels.
- Identify and analyze complex data sets to detect trends, patterns, and insights.
- Facilitate meetings with business unit subject matter experts to gather and cross-check business and functional requirements.
- Translate data analysis into compelling data stories, offering actionable insights and recommendations that guide business decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to drive innovation in data-driven products and solutions.
- Support product managers by assisting in meetings and presentations, including note-taking, preparing presentation materials, and conducting business reviews and sign-offs.
- Track project deliverables, ensuring all items are completed within agreed-upon timelines (e.g., action items, open questions, requirements sign-offs).
- Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.
- Deliver assigned project outputs according to the project plan and ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including FAQs and runbooks.
- Work closely with change management teams to handle user feedback related to CRM and analytics products.
- Partner with product managers to assess and prioritize user feedback and feature requests.
- Provide expertise on both new and existing (Business As Usual) products, serving as the first point of contact for the production support team within the CRM product team.
Requirements:
- A natural curiosity and passion for CRM and data analytics.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis within a large organization or consulting firm, particularly in Wealth Management or other financial services sectors.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, with a strong ability to apply analytical techniques to real-world business challenges.
- Proven experience analyzing existing tools and databases, offering actionable software solutions.
- Deep familiarity with methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
- Experience with SQL
