H&P has partnered with a major Tech company in the Miami area to help them strengthen its legal department.

This company has very ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, and is currently preparing to conduct some of the most defining acquisitions in the sector. This role reports directly to the CPO and provides a very strong platform for someone interested in a senior role with a large degree of responsibility.

For this role, we are looking for a Senior Counsel with a focus on Data Privacy.

The ideal candidate would bring:

• 6+ years of experience in-house or at a major law firm
• Strong exposure to the tech industry strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Previous experience conducting privacy reviews, DPIAs.
• Qualified US attorney able to practice in California or Florida
• Further privacy related qualifications ideal but not mandatory
