H&P has partnered with a major Tech company in the Miami area to help them strengthen its legal department.

This company has very ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, and is currently preparing to conduct some of the most defining acquisitions in the sector. This role reports directly to the Head of Employment and provides a very strong platform for someone interested in a senior role with a large degree of responsibility.

For this role, we are looking for a Senior Counsel with a focus on Employment Law.

The ideal candidate would bring:

• 6+ years of experience at major company or international law firm
• Active member in good standing of at least one State Bar.
• Strong experience in the field of Employment / Labor Law. Ideally with knowledge in employee relations, FMLA/ADA compliance, anti-discrimination, reductions in force, etc.
• Previous experience in the tech industry ideal but not mandatory
