We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our clients team in the law firm sector. This role will serve as a crucial link between marketing and business development functions, focusing on branding, website management, event coordination, collateral production, and occasional support with RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's website updates, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
- Support branding initiatives to ensure consistent representation of the firm's identity across all platforms.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and delivery of RFP responses as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys and senior leadership to support client development and retention efforts.
- Coordinate a wide range of events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and client receptions.
- Handle logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, and marketing materials.
- Track event performance and contribute to post-event assessments.
- Contribute to the firm’s email marketing campaigns and social media presence.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Basic understanding of RFP processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing systems, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with event planning, branding, and collateral development.
