Responsibilities:

• Directing and supervising various operational functions, including production, supply chain management, and quality control
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements in operational processes to enhance productivity
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and improve product quality
• Establish and oversee robust quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key operational suppliers
• Lead the operations team
• Stay ahead of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the company's operations adhere to all applicable standards
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth, diversification, and operational improvement

Education

Bachelor's degree

Experience

At least 5 years of related work experience in manufacturing industry and managerial experience
